We're looking for a Middle Project Manager with a strong background in project management and process implementation to lead the development and rollout of internal systems and business processes. You're analytical, people-savvy, and comfortable working directly with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- ● Own the full internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation
- ● Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs, validate assumptions, and translate them into actionable project requirements
- ● Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at every stage
- ● Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies
- ● Lead implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows
- ● Lead change management efforts, staying flexible and adapting quickly to evolving requirements, priorities, and business needs while ensuring smooth execution and alignment across teams
- ● Monitor project performance and KPIs, keeping delivery aligned with business outcomes
- ● Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions
- ● Prepare and deliver progress reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management
- ● Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and efficiency gaps across teams
Requirements
- ● 3+ years of project management experience
- ● Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
- ● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- ● Data-driven approach to decision-making
- ● Experience working with AI or implementing AI into products or business processes
- ● Strong organizational and delivery skills with flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
- ● English B2 or above
