About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management and Process Implementation to lead the development and implementation of the new internal systems and business processes. The ideal candidate has a blend of project management, analytical, and soft skills to analyze and improve processes on department and company levels and communicate directly with the stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead the end-to-end internal project lifecycle - from requirements gathering to solution delivery and business process implementation
  • ● Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify business needs, validate assumptions, shape the direction of process or system improvements, and translate them into clear, actionable project requirements
  • ● Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage
  • ● Work closely with product managers, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • ● Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and solutions
  • ● Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement throughout project phases
  • ● Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and business outcomes
  • ● Lead business process implementation - ensuring solutions are embedded into actual workflows and adopted by the teams
  • ● Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and proposed solutions
