About the Role

Responsible for counting and validating warehouse and floor inventory, performing cyclical count capture and management, ensuring all materials have been properly recorded in the perpetual inventory.

Responsibilities

  • ● Revisar cantidad de inventario físico y movimientos (actuales - anteriores).
  • ● Capturar en el sistema (ERP, Excel o software especializado)
  • ● Asignar códigos de barras, números de serie o etiquetas de identificación.
  • ● Asegurarse de que los materiales se encuentren en las ubicaciones de almacenamiento de acuerdo a como marque el sistema, incluyendo área de trabajo en proceso (WIP).
  • ● Notificar discrepancias críticas a jefe inmediato para su pronto análisis.
  • ● Cualquier otra actividad relacionada con inventario, conteos cíclicos o que impacte los resultados de la compañía que estén relacionados con estos. Así como proyectos especiales o tareas que se le requieran.
