Responsibilities

  • ● Fire Safety Design and Product Development for timber buildings in building class 4 and 5
  • ● Implementation of state-of-the-art solutions in our residential Building Product
  • ● Constant and controlled evolution of the Product within the Series- and Change Management
  • ● Coordination with design disciplines like Architecture, Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, and Energy Design
  • ● Contribute to the improvement of short-term and long-term certification strategies of our building product
  • ● Design and coordinate physical tests in the GROPYUS prototyping center at our factory and with external testing institutes
  • ● Communication with external consultants, authorities, and institutes
  • ● Contribute to the public discourse over the advancement of fire safety regulations in Germany through various involvements of GROPYUS
  • ● Challenge the industry and develop new ways to work on buildings
  • ● Opportunity for continuous learning and development

Requirements

  • ● Experience in the construction industry and project experience in LP5+ project stage in Germany and/or Austria
  • ● Proficiency in relevant German and/or Austrian regulations and codes
  • ● Experience in developing fire safety strategies
  • ● Fluent German skills
  • ● Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 and/or 5
  • ● Experience in timber construction
  • ● Experience in certification of products
  • ● Experience in Rhino or Revit a plus, alternatively AutoCAD
  • ● Fluent English skills
