You'll partner across GitLab to turn talent brand strategy into campaigns and content throughout the candidate journey. This role is a strong fit for a brand, recruitment marketing, employer brand, or content professional who can move between strategy and execution. You'll use editorial judgment
Requirements
- ● Experience in talent brand, employer brand, recruitment marketing, content strategy, communications, or a related field.
- ● Experience translating a brand or employer value proposition into content, campaigns, or audience experiences.
- ● Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and editorial judgment across multiple channels.
- ● Experience planning and delivering campaigns or programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.
- ● Comfort using performance data, audience insights, feedback, and market research to improve outcomes.
- ● Experience influencing across functions and working with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, creative partners, or vendors.
- ● Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing work, and move from strategy to detailed execution in an asynchronous environment.
