Responsibilities
- ● Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CRO and revenue leadership on strategy, initiatives, and organizational priorities
- ● Drive leadership operations, including weekly executive staff meetings, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles with insights that inform decision-making
- ● Lead the CRO team's goal-setting and tracking across the global revenue organization
- ● Effectively triage escalations and drive cross-functional resolution of complex business blockers and time-sensitive customer issues
- ● Serve as CRO proxy in reviewing account plans, preparing briefing materials, and managing key customer and partner meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups
- ● Ensure timely follow-up on critical customer and partner interactions to drive business outcomes
- ● Serve as CRO Board Liaison, prepare board materials, investor updates, and collaborate on executive presentations and organizational announcements
