Responsibilities

  • ● Lead end-to-end technical programs across product, engineering, data, and security, from initial scope through launch and continuous improvement
  • ● Collaborate closely with executive leaders and senior stakeholders to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and align on priorities and tradeoffs
  • ● Coordinate distributed teams across time zones using strong asynchronous communication, providing structure, clarity, and consistent status updates
  • ● Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies while facilitating decisions that balance speed, quality, and customer impact
