About the Role
Join the Genius team helping sportsbooks level up with live data, expert services, and fan-first experiences that drive global engagement. We're looking for a Sportsbook Customer Support Analyst to join our team in Tallinn. You'll provide day-to-day support to our Sportsbook clients, monitoring, investigating, and reporting on queries from teams across the business. You'll work closely with colleagues in our offices around the world.
Responsibilities
- ● Support our Sportsbook clients, resolving queries quickly and to a high standard
- ● Prioritise and solve incoming requests from internal stakeholders
- ● Collaborate with internal teams, helping solve problems and escalating to the Development team when needed
- ● Keep clients updated with clear, timely feedback
- ● Create and maintain a knowledge base of known issues and solutions
- ● Take on additional tasks from your line manager as needed
- ● Work in shifts between 7:00 and 20:00, including weekends
Requirements
- ● Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ● English at B2 level or above
- ● Good knowledge of standard computer programs and basic internet research skills
- ● Solid problem-solving skills
- ● Ability to multitask and stay accurate under pressure
- ● Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay organised
