  • Strong technical fluency - with Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and advanced Microsoft Excel - you're comfortable writing complex queries, joining multiple tables, and building dashboards from the ground up.
  • Vendor and stakeholder experience - acting as the main point of contact between the business and external software vendors or managed service providers (MSPs), ensuring data integrity and optimized system configuration.
  • A process improvement track record - identifying automation, AI, or technology-enabled opportunities that streamline operations and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - with the judgment to balance business needs against technical constraints and the discipline to document, govern, and standardize as you go.
