Omnichannel team is looking for a Technical Program Manager II to deliver cross-functional programs and lead the growth of business across Omnichannel organization. Omnichannel Technology powers critical areas including inbound, inventory, fulfillment, warehouse systems, carrier networks, parcel, and B2B/D2C distribution. These domains are highly interconnected and require strong coordination across Engineering, Product, Operations, and merchant-facing teams. In this role, you will serve as a highly visible leader responsible for driving the communication, coordination, and execution of programs across their full lifecycle. You will partner closely with senior product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, secure resources, and ensure commitments are delivered on time. You will also establish processes that strengthen teamwork, communication, collaboration, and accountability across diverse teams with competing priorities. Beyond internal execution, you will engage directly with key merchants to understand their feedback, address concerns and escalations, and coordinate across Flexport to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
