Responsibilities
- ● As Senior Product Manager - Billing & Subscription Management, you will own emnify's billing, charging, invoicing, and subscription capabilities from problem discovery through solution definition, delivery, go-to-market, and continuous improvement.
- ● Working closely with an interdisciplinary engineering and product team, you will shape products that support our customers, sales organization, finance processes, and commercial growth. You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other Product teams to turn complex commercial requirements into scalable solutions.
- ● Own the product direction end to end: identify customer and business problems, define measurable outcomes, shape the roadmap, and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to prioritize opportunities.
- ● Create alignment across complex stakeholder groups: bring Engineering, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and other relevant teams together, clarify trade-offs, and communicate decisions and progress clearly and concisely.
- ● Lead solution discovery and agile delivery: compare solution options, assess commercial and implementation risks, maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap, and guide the team from well-defined problems through successful releases.
- ● Make new billing capabilities usable across the organization: prepare clear product documentation, coordinate release readiness, and train Finance, Sales, and other internal stakeholders on new billing, subscription, invoicing, or charging processes.
- ● Drive adoption and improvement after launch: support late-stage customer and sales opportunities, monitor product and business performance, gather feedback, and use post-launch insights to improve the product and its commercial impact.
- ● What We Expect
- ● Senior-level product management experience: Own products from discovery through delivery, go-to-market, sales enablement, and post-launch optimization, ideally in a B2B environment.
- ● Relevant domain experience: Work in B2B SaaS, telecommunications, logistics, EV charging, or another complex business with usage-based, subscription-based, or dynamic pricing models.
- ● Billing and subscription expertise: Demonstrate hands-on experience with subscription management, charging, billing, and invoicing, including the ability to translate complex commercial and operational requirements into scalable product solutions.
- ● Evidence-based discovery and analytics: Conduct customer and market research, identify the data needed for decisions, use product or business analytics, and turn insights into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- ● Structured stakeholder communication: Document decisions and product context clearly, align people with different priorities, manage critical relationships, and work effectively with agile development teams.
