Responsibilities
- ● Serve as the primary technical voice for Databricks across multiple client accounts.
- ● Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Senior Architects to define and direct technical strategy for large enterprises.
- ● Lead customers through a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their data strategy.
- ● Implement the agreed technical strategy within accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- ● Build and nurture a network of technical champions within each account to drive adoption of Databricks solutions.
- ● Align technical initiatives and solutions around Databricks offerings to meet client needs.
- ● Provide structured mentorship and guidance to other members of the pre sales and technical teams.
- ● Earn the respect of peers through proven experience, insightful recommendations, and tangible contributions.
- ● Work with hands on resources to build proofs of concept and demonstrate Databricks products to prospective customers.
- ● Leverage expertise in machine learning and AI to illustrate their relevance across high tech and manufacturing use cases.
Requirements
- ● Proficiency in establishing and leading virtual teams to achieve success within accounts.
- ● Experience managing very large, global accounts with annual recurring revenue exceeding 1 million.
- ● Ability to build relationships with executives and key influencers.
- ● Skilled at presenting a convincing point of view to decision makers, guiding them toward successful outcomes.
- ● Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
- ● Strong background in data driven business transformation and driving change with data.
- ● Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- ● Solid background in value selling, technical account management, and technical leadership.
- ● Deep understanding of the relevance and application of machine learning and AI across enterprise use cases.
- ● Nice to have: Databricks certification.
