Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and scale a comprehensive Databricks on GCP go to market strategy that accelerates customer outcomes, grows Databricks consumption, and increases long term commitments to the lakehouse platform.
  • Define, build, execute, and measure the performance of joint horizontal and industry vertical sales plays with Databricks, GCP, and C&SI partners to unlock new sales opportunities.
  • Enhance Databricks' strategic relationship with GCP leaders and executives across product, sales, solution architecture, business development, and partner teams, and motivate GCP sales teams to adopt the Databricks Lakehouse paradigm for customers' essential Data and AI initiatives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and facilitate high value product integrations with GCP services to unlock value for Databricks, GCP, and mutual customers.
  • Accelerate GCP Partner Program and GCP Marketplace innovations to strengthen the Databricks GCP alliance.
  • Build a foundation for future growth to help scale Databricks.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, go to market strategy, consulting, or product management with SaaS, cloud computing, analytics, machine learning, AI, or related technology companies.
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading high functioning teams and delivering results through others.
  • 3+ years of experience with GCP or its extended ecosystem.
  • Ability to attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent across a variety of roles.
  • Demonstrated success in developing high level executive relationships with large, complex technology companies.
  • Conceptual understanding of software usage based sales motions and how to prioritize inputs and outputs to accelerate customer acquisition and growth programs.
