● Lead a team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects and Solutions Engineers in Italy.

● Experience in consumption based business environments.
● Experience mentoring and scaling technical teams.
● Success in instituting processes for technical field members to lead efficiency and product focus.
● Ability to partner and collaborate with Sales and other cross-functional leaders.
● Passionate about data and AI market and Cloud software models and being able to deliver a strong POV on the value of Databricks solutions.
● Technical or consulting background either in Data Engineering, Database technologies or Data Science.
● Strong communication skills.
● Italian native-speaker and fluent in English.
