About the Role

Design, build, and deliver partner activation and marketing programmes across Redpin's full partner network. Own the co marketing infrastructure that turns partners into active, high performing revenue contributors, operating within the strategic direction set by the Head of Demand Gen.

Responsibilities

  • ● Design and run structured activation programmes for Redpin's partnership verticals, tailored to the value proposition and behaviour of each segment.
  • ● Develop and manage marketing programmes for active partners - keeping Redpin, Currencies Direct and TorFX top of mind, deepening partner engagement, and supporting pipeline development over time.
  • ● Identify opportunities to work with trade bodies and professional associations to access partner networks at scale and support pipeline development.
  • ● Own the partner collateral stack day to day: vertical specific one pagers, co branded campaign assets, partner pitch decks, objection handling materials, and training resources for the sales team.
  • ● Translate vertical value propositions into compelling, usable collateral.
  • ● Lead ICP and messaging development in collaboration with the sales team, working from partner call outputs and market feedback.
  • ● Support the Marketing Manager with briefs for asset production, localisation, and distribution, ensuring self serve resources (via Canva Enterprise) are current and accessible to regional sales teams.
  • ● Plan and deliver co marketing initiatives with strategic partners: joint events, webinars, email campaigns, thought leadership, and co branded content.
  • ● Work in partnership with the Content team to ensure delivery of market updates and insight content for partners across relevant geographies.
  • ● Manage partner facing activity at industry events relevant to target verticals.
  • ● Define and track activation metrics at programme level: engagement with co marketing assets, referral conversion and self serve toolkit adoption.
  • ● Report clearly and regularly to the Head of Demand Gen on programme performance, emerging trends.
