Talent Operations encompasses the entire employee journey from offer acceptance to departure, including onboarding, payroll, policy, workplace, travel, global mobility, and the underlying data and systems. Manifest asks a small, sharp team to manage all these areas to a high standard, increasingly leveraging AI and automation. This function is crucial for employee experience and for successful acquisition integrations, where new employees experience how smoothly the process is handled. This role involves ownership of a segment of these operations, allocated upon joining, and is designed for someone who can fluidly move across these areas rather than specializing. You will apply data and AI-native tools to operational work typically handled manually in other companies. Your goal is to make the operational backbone of the employee experience function as systemized, data-informed, and genuinely good as Manifest's own product. This role is unique because it requires a true generalist across the full employee lifecycle, providing a faster learning curve, more exposure, and real involvement in acquisition integration work. Your generalist skills will be applied across five brands and multiple geographies within the Manifest ecosystem, dealing with acquisitions, new markets, and policies that must work across jurisdictions.
