Responsibilities

• ● Capture and validate trade details, ensuring accuracy across the full trade lifecycle.
• ● Perform initial checks, trade confirmations, and maintain accurate book management.
• ● Maintain the crypto wallet address inventory and tagging governance (team/entity) with daily exception checks
• ● Reconcile daily positions, cash, and PnL, investigating and resolving breaks with internal teams and counterparties.
• ● Manage settlements in both crypto and fiat, coordinating fund movements with custodians and exchanges.
• ● Track and reconcile balances across custodians, exchanges, bank accounts, DeFi venues, and internal ledgers.
• ● Support lifecycle events such as token unlocks, margin calls, and structured product settlements.
• ● Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes, mitigate risk, and ensure smooth global handovers.
• ● Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational workflows and processes.
• ● Support timezone-based shift coverage and smooth handovers between SG, UAE / EU, and US teams.
• ● Proven experience in trade support, settlements, or reconciliation within financial or crypto markets.
• ● Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes and digital asset settlement flows.
• ● Familiarity with digital asset custodians and blockchain settlement processes.
• ● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• ● Proficient in SQL
• ● Effective communicator and team player, with flexibility to work shifts for global coverage.
• ● Finance, accounting, or operations experience in a trading or financial institution.
