About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Working as a part of a broader trading platform development team, you will:
• ● Design, build and maintain a highly performant, highly available adaptive trading platform providing access to a broad range of CeFi, DeFi and OTC liquidity sources.
• ● Use software development methodologies to implement and extend order management, compliance, exchange connectivity, market data, and routing functionality.
• ● Design and implement our next-generation real-time trading platform.
• ● Manage and support the operation of our global trading system, troubleshooting and debugging issues.
• ● Work closely with traders and the business development department to implement new ideas swiftly.
• ● Mentor less experienced team members, act as a role model and support their professional growth.
• ● The Ideal Candidate
• ● Experienced in implementing infrastructure components facilitating high volume, low latency trading within a prop trading firm or hedge fund.
• ● Track record of building highly performant, distributed and optimised (high throughput and/or low latency) systems in C or modern C++ ( 11) in a modern Linux environment.
• ● Outcome focused - able to balance speed to market and building highly available and robust platforms.
• ● Exposure to meta programming, Git, CI/CD, unit/integration testing, Kafka, FIX, Cloud
• ● Proactive communicator, willing to voice opinions but able to disagree and commit
• ● Knowledge of OMS/PMS platforms, exchange connectivity or high volume OTC trading would be advantageous.
