Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking. You can break down complex challenges, identify root causes and develop practical recommendations.
  • An analytical mindset. You can work with imperfect data, make sensible assumptions and ask the right questions to reach a defensible answer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can explain complex concepts to both non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Ownership and accountability. You take initiative, identify issues early and follow through to delivery.
  • Fluent English , written and spoken, and willingness to travel internationally up to 30%.

  • Business Process Management

  • Understanding of cost drivers, value creation and how operational improvements translate into financial benefits
  • Evidence of delivering quantified business benefits
  • Experience with platforms such as Celonis, ARIS, Signavio, Appian, Pega or similar
  • Experience applying AI, automation, RPA, GenAI or Agentic AI in operational environments
  • Exposure to large-scale technology transformation programmes (ERP, CRM, workflow platforms or re-platforming)
  • Familiarity with BPMN, APQC or similar process standards
  • Experience supporting proposals and bids, or the ambition to develop these skills
