Responsibilities
- ● Lead complex commodity trading transformation programs, combining deep trading domain expertise with program leadership and technology delivery experience.
- ● Work across ETRM implementations, business process redesign, operating model transformation, and multi-vendor delivery environments.
- ● Help clients translate strategic objectives into practical delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
- ● Partner with trading, risk, finance, operations, technology, and executive stakeholders.
- ● Guide programs from mobilization and delivery through business readiness, cutover, stabilization, and transition into operations.
- ● Help clients realize the full value of their technology investments.
