Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of the office including but not limited to: mail handling, supplies and provisions; meeting room and desk bookings, procurement and supplier management, call handling and visitor management.
  • Assist with processing invoices and raising purchase orders in line with internal processes, track payments, chase approvals, and resolve basic invoice queries, and support financial record keeping and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records for headcount, occupancy, and office data, update internal systems and support monthly reporting and data tracking.
  • Maintain Health & Safety records and induction materials, track completion of new joiner H&S requirements, and support compliance activities and documentation management.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities including office access, inductions, and memberships, and support leaver processes such as access return and offboarding coordination.
  • Assist with collecting data on energy use, waste, and sustainability metrics and support reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Support employee experience initiatives such as welcome gifts and office events and assist with coordination of team visits.
