Responsibilities
- ● Lead the design and delivery of asset management and operational transformations and improvement programs for asset-intensive clients across energy, utilities and major infrastructure companies - including current-state assessment and target operating model design through to implementation and adoption.
- ● Help clients shift to risk/condition based and predictive maintenance strategies driving improvements in asset performance across the whole asset lifecycle.
- ● Lead providing advisory services related to and optimisation of EAM / CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo - shaping user requirements, configuration, data migration and integrations with ERP, SCADA, condition monitoring platforms.
- ● Bring IT and OT together - defining how asset systems, data and cyber-security governance operate end.
