Responsibilities

  • ● Support or lead the delivery of complex business and technology transformation programmes
  • ● Design and implement new operating models and organisational structures
  • ● Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working
  • ● Analyse complex problems, develop practical solutions, and present findings to clients and stakeholders
  • ● Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive decision-making
  • ● Manage project workstreams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • ● Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
  • ● Mentor and coach junior colleagues, contributing to their professional development

Requirements

  • ● Proven experience in consulting or a relevant industry role, with a focus on business transformation, change management, or programme delivery
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
  • ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • ● Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies and tools
  • ● A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • ● Relevant degree or professional qualification
  • ● Willingness to travel as required by client engagements
