About the Role

Our Health team are looking for experienced Senior Consultants and Managers to join them.

Responsibilities

  • ● You could be involved in leading the definition and delivery of robust business cases, funding models and investment decisions for health transformation programmes, bringing judgement to shape commercially viable, evidence-led recommendations across national, regional and local health and care systems.
  • ● You could be managing the co-design of target operating models, service blueprints and governance structures, working confidently with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into practical delivery plans and clear accountabilities.
  • ● You could be leading workstreams within transformation programmes that improve patient outcomes, strengthen system performance and support frontline teams to deliver high-quality care, while coaching others and maintaining delivery momentum in complex environments.
  • ● You could be bringing a strong commercial specialism to optimise operational, commercial and programme delivery processes across complex health environments, including NHS organisations, arm's length bodies and wider system partners.
  • ● You could be applying practical digital, data, analytics and AI knowledge to help clients shape health data infrastructure, research services, digital health platforms and technology-enabled care, with a clear view of responsible adoption, benefits realisation and operational impact.
  • ● You could be embedding relevant best practice from healthcare, life sciences, public sector and other regulated sectors, and using this knowledge to inform and improve client work.
