Responsibilities

  • ● Support and troubleshoot issues with the platforms.
  • ● Support existing solutions on the platforms.
  • ● Track and monitor updates to the platforms and implement necessary updates and changes.
  • ● Implement, maintain, and continuously review governance and security controls to ensure platform compliance.
  • ● Possess a degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.
  • ● At least 3 years of hands-on experience in supporting enterprise applications.
  • ● Familiar with languages, such as Angular, React JS, Rest API, JSON, .Net, .Net Core, Bootstrap, MS SharePoint, MS Power Platform, C, ASP.net, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • ● Experience in database and SQL, such as MSSQL, TSQL, Stored Procedure, Function, and Triggers.
  • ● Experience in supporting infrastructure, such as AWS, Windows Server, IIS, Azure ADFS (SSO), SSL Certificate, Control-M, and PingID.
  • ● Experience in tools, such as Visual Studio, Gitlab or GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • ● Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • ● Agile, fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
