Responsibilities

  • ● Provide technical and functional support for the Partner Portal and PRM backend, including configuration, user assistance, and troubleshooting.
  • ● Translate business requirements from Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams into technical specifications for IT/Development teams.
  • ● Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (CRM, Marketing, Channel Sales, Analytics, etc.) to deliver system improvements and operational efficiency.
  • ● Support Channel Operations activities such as Cloud Marketplace performance tracking and SKU optimization.
  • ● Assist in preparing user documentation and supporting change management for partners.
  • ● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • ● + years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or partner/channel roles
  • ● Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • ● Understanding partner business models is preferred.
  • ● Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to work across cultures, time zones.
  • ● Proactive, structured, and able to work independently in a globally distributed team
