About the Job

To support us on our future trajectory, we are looking for an experienced and highly ambitious Accounts Payable Accountant. The Finance Team ensures smooth and compliant financial operations, supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial data and analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Responsible for vendor management, including maintaining vendor records and contact information as well as supplier communication.
  • ● Check and manage bills, credit card statements and bank transactions.
  • ● Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance (legal, tax, etc.).
  • ● Own documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • ● Responsible for AP-related reporting, including monitoring the AP aging and preparing payment runs.
  • ● Run the fixed asset ledger.
  • ● Manage month-end closing processes related to AP, including accruals.

Requirements

Education

  • ● NetSuite knowledge would be a bonus.

Skills

  • ● Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • ● Easy to work with.
  • ● Sense of urgency.
  • ● Knowledge of Accounts payable along with general bookkeeping procedures.
  • ● Proficient in MS Office.
  • ● Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • ● High level of self-motivation and drive, as well as a strong ability to simplify problems.
  • ● Problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn.
