The Deployments and Logistics teams are responsible for managing the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril's products and hardware. Working across product, engineering, sales, and account management, Deployment Operations is in charge of coordinating all Logistics and Field Operations. As a Deployment Operations Intern, you will learn how Anduril's operations are planned and executed from the ground up. We are looking for a Deployment Operations Intern to join our team in London, UK. The Deployment Operations intern will work across our Deployments and Logistics teams to ensure that our hardware gets into our customers' hands and we can successfully deploy our team to support our customer's missions.

Responsibilities

  • ● Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to standardize workflows across Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain, and Warehousing
  • ● Build internal knowledge base to include Customs and Compliance information
  • ● Build analytical tools and dashboards to create valuable insights on how Anduril can maximise operational efficiency
  • ● Must be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative/business field.
  • ● Must be graduating from a bachelor's or master's degree in 2028
  • ● Must be returning to University at the end of the internship to continue studies for at least one academic year.
  • ● Ability to complete an in-person internship in our London office.

Requirements

  • ● Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • ● Experience collaborating cross functionally working towards a common goal
  • ● Ability to prioritise across multiple projects and drive outcomes
  • ● Passion for hardware, robotics, aerospace, or the defense technology sector
  • ● Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex workflows into structured, easy-to-read documentation (SOPs, user guides, or project briefs)
  • ● Demonstrated self-starter mentality with the ability to navigate ambiguous environments, manage competing priorities, and independently drive projects from ideation to completion
