Staff Software Engineer: Agentic Factory and Operations Software

The role is an opportunity to work with a high agency startup team in the hard tech and energy systems space, designing, building, and shipping the full stack of Amperesand's ERP platform, company intranet, and internal tools used by manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and corporate teams. As a hands on engineer you will design data models and backend services, then build the React and TypeScript interfaces on top, owning features end to end from requirements through production. The work covers ERP domains such as inventory, procurement, work orders, and reporting, as well as intranet capabilities like employee directories, document and knowledge management, internal workflows, approvals, and self service tools, and you will help introduce AI assisted capabilities such as natural language search, document summarization, and workflow assistance.
