About the Company
As the Services and Commissioning Manager, Sydney, you will report directly to our Services and Commissioning Associate Director based in our HQ in Sydney. You will work closely with our Design, Development and Operations teams, making an impact in several ways: Commissioning lead on data centre projects in Sydney, Australia, managing through to successful completion and handing over to the operations team and customers. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including General Contractors, Suppliers, Commissioning Agents and Customers to meet all AirTrunk requirements within the testing, commissioning and handover process. Collaborate with the APME AirTrunk Development and Design team to drive the safety and quality standards and global best practices to meet AirTrunk requirements Ensuring AirTrunk's data centres are commissioned not just for completion, but for long term operability, performance and lifecycle sustainability. This role is predominantly based in our data centres in Sydney, Australia, but may require you to travel to interstate and overseas occasionally Your Day to Day Manage the commissioning and handover process for AirTrunk's new data centers in Sydney, Australia (support in other regions may be required) Provide leadership support and guidance to commissioning and construction teams to manage risks and ensure project requirements are executed safely and to AirTrunk quality requir
Requirements
- ● + years' experience as a Building Services or Commissioning Manager in general contractor or commissioning agent role leading a successful handover of complex (ideally data centre) projects
- ● Incredibly flexible and adaptable to a dynamic fast-paced, collaborative environment
- ● Willing to make decisions and be accountable for them
- ● Excel at communication with the ability to deliver effective presentations on data centre design and commissioning strategies to customers, peers and management
- ● Strong leadership ability in leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple geographies
- ● You are willing to travel internally and to other APAC regions
