Responsibilities
- ● Lead the design, build, and evolution of intelligent data and AI systems powering next generation platforms.
- ● Operate at the intersection of data engineering, AI engineering, platform architecture, and DevOps to shape scalable, secure, and production grade solutions that drive operational efficiency, sustainability, and intelligent decision making across AirTrunk's data centre and business ecosystem.
- ● Define the technical direction, engineering standards, and platform patterns underpinning AirTrunk's AI and Data Platform.
- ● Mentor engineering colleagues and drive delivery across complex, cross functional initiatives.
- ● Lead the design and delivery of scalable AI and ML solutions that enhance operations, including predictive maintenance, optimisation, intelligent automation, and decision support.
- ● Architect and guide the development of agentic AI systems such as multi agent patterns, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations to enable adaptive, enterprise ready solutions.
- ● Drive the integration of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies into enterprise platforms, workflows, and data products using tools such as Databricks, OpenAI, Anthropic, and LangChain.
- ● Establish reusable patterns, guardrails, and engineering standards for AI applications to ensure reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
