As Contracts Ma nager ( Operations ) based in our JHB campus , you will report to the Senior Contracts Manager - Operations and work closely with various teams and leadership , making your mark in a number of ways :

Requirements

  • Ter tiary degree qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business or a relevant discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Minimum 8 years' of relevant work experience in contracts, commercial management, procurement, or a related discipline w ithin construction, engineering, facilities management, property management or equivalent industry.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of contract administration, contract law and commercial risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors and service providers, including contract preparation, negotiation, administration, performance management and dispute resolution.
  • Good communication, negotiation, stakeholder engagement and contract drafting skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to influence and guide multi-disciplinary teams and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build trusted business partnerships and align commercial outcomes with broader organisational objectives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to online collaboration platforms.
  • Experience within the data centre, facilities management, critical infrastructure, or property operations sectors.
  • Exposure to multi-jurisdictional contracts and regional operations across Malaysia, APAC, or international markets.
  • Experience supporting operational environments with a strong focus on servic e delivery, vendor performance, and continuous improvement.
