Responsibilities
- ● Lead and execute the country talent acquisition strategy aligned to business hiring priorities, workforce plans, and organisational growth objectives.
- ● Partner with senior leaders and People & Culture stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, workforce capability plans, and talent outcomes across the business.
