As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be a key technical contributor who ships production code, shapes design decisions and helps other engineers grow. You'll help modernise our technology by reusing and standardising shared capabilities, reducing duplication and retiring legacy solutions where appropriate. You'll also help build reliable AI and agentic capabilities that augment human decisions while maintaining appropriate controls.
