  • ● Implement and support Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation (ICM).
  • ● Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting, and commission rules.
  • ● Design earnings calculations and incentive payout processes.
  • ● Your Profile
  • ● Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to gather requirements.
  • ● Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards.
  • ● Perform data migration, testing, and production deployments.
  • ● Validate commission calculations and resolve discrepancies.
  • ● Integrate ICM with Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and CRM applications.
