Position Summary Level: Consultant or equivalent As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high-quality work products within due timelines. Requirements

  • ● to 6 years in Salesforce or data platform roles, with at least 1 hands-on Data 360 implementation.
  • ● At least 1 hands-on Data 360 implementation, including ingestion from 2 or more source types (connectors, Ingestion API or cloud storage) and monitoring of refresh jobs and ingestion errors
  • ● Hands-on mapping of source data to DLOs and DMOs, including formula fields and batch data transforms
  • ● Configured identity resolution rulesets (match and reconciliation rules) and validated unified profiles
  • ● Built calculated insights, segments and activations, and configured Data 360-triggered Flows and Data Actions
  • ● Strong SQL for data validation, reconciliation against source systems and unit testing (Query Editor, Data Explorer, Profile Explorer)
  • ● Configured Data Spaces, permission sets and data access as per an approved design; packaged and promoted configuration using Data Kits and a project DevOps process
  • ● Strong troubleshooting across ingestion, mapping, identity resolution and segment-count issues, including fixing defects raised in SIT and UAT
  • ● Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
  • ● Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification (earlier titled Data Cloud Consultant)
  • ● Salesforce Platform Administrator certification
  • ● Zero Copy federation exposure (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift)
  • ● Consent management and data privacy concepts (GDPR, CCPA)
  • ● Basic exposure to Agentforce use cases that use Data 360 data
  • ● Marketing Cloud integration experience
  • ● Scripting in Python or JavaScript; API testing with Postman
  • ● Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent from accredited university
  • ● Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
