- ● The Commercial Banking Engineering team is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for ideation support, design, development, and implementation of software to ensure continuous improvement and evolution in the CB Salesforce ecosystem
- ● Is this role right for you In this role, you will:
- ● Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Git based workflows
- ● Manage multi environment release strategies (Dev, QA, UAT, Pre Prod, Prod)
- ● Coordinate scheduled releases, hotfixes, and emergency deployments
- ● Ensure deployment activities follow audit, security, and compliance standards
- ● Manage Salesforce metadata lifecycle using source control (Git)
- ● Handle sandbox strategy (creation, refresh, data masking)
- ● Resolve deployment conflicts related to: o Profiles and Permission Setso Record Types & Page Layoutso Flows, Apex, and dependencies
- ● Recommend best practices to reduce deployment failures and rework
- ● Partner with Salesforce Developers, Admins, QA, and Platform teams
- ● Provide guidance on DevOps friendly Salesforce design patterns
- ● Document release processes, runbooks, and rollback procedures
- ● Support audit and change management requirements
- ● Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role We'd love to work with you if you have:
- ● Strong experience with Salesforce metadata deployments
- ● Understanding of Salesforce limits, metadata dependencies, and deployment constraints
- ● Understanding of branching strategies (feature, release, hotfix)
