Responsibilities

• ● Reinforces company policies and procedures to others.
• ● Helps others by driving, organizing and assigning tasks within a project workstream in order to drive efficient completion and achieve project
• ● Guide the client through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
• ● Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.
• ● Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, the project team and the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
• ● Willingness to take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.
• ● Display your hands-on expertise of the software, including iLoading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
• ● Utilize your technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
• ● Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments.
• ● Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share one's skills and learnings with others within the organization.

Requirements

• ● Ideally 3-5 years of consulting experience
• ● Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM and Workday CCTPPTM certification preferred
• ● Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other middleware platform)
• ● Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc)
• ● B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science or other engineering discipline preferred
• ● Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
• ● Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
• ● Outstanding Excel skills
