About the Role
Position: Workday Integration Developer
Responsibilities
- ● Outbound), Workday Studio, Core Connectors (Worker, Benefits), and XSLT
- ● Environment: Work in a diverse, multi-national, and multi-vendor setup
- ● Good to have Workday Extend and Orchestration Experience.
- ● Develop and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and XSLT
- ● Collaborate with business users and application teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- ● Assist team leads/project managers with system analysis and timely delivery of program requirements
- ● Design and configure business objects, calc fields, security, and migration processes
- ● Troubleshoot, monitor, and schedule integrations using ISU, ISSG, and Workday tools
- ● Document technical specifications and prepare test cases for AS-IS and To-Be process analysis
- ● Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation with high attention to detail
- ● Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ● Required Qualifications
- ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- ● -10 years of Workday integration development experience
- ● Strong understanding of Workday core concepts, business objects (PBO, RBO), and calc fields
- ● Hands-on experience with Workday integrations, reports, security, and navigation
- ● Expertise in EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio
- ● Proficiency in XSLT and integration troubleshooting
- ● Excellent reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly grasp complex environments
- ● Strong written and verbal communication skills
