ORACLE SAAS ERP SECURITY - MANAGER Same job available in 4 locations Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Hyderabad, Telangana, India Pune, Maharashtra, India POSITION SUMMARY Cyber Level: Manager Join Deloitte's Cyber Operate team as a Manager to lead Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) security operations in a managed-services environment. You will oversee production support, access governance, controls, incident management, and continuous improvement across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and Human Capital Management (HCM). You will lead delivery teams and collaborate with client and Deloitte stakeholders to meet service-level, risk, quality, and compliance objectives. Work you'll do As a Manager on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for: Lead day-to-day Oracle Cloud ERP security operations across FSCM and HCM, including user access administration, custom roles, data roles, data-security contexts, security profiles, Areas of Responsibility (AOR) assignments, HCM Data Loader (HDL) security activities, and Oracle Business Intelligence/Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (BI/OTBI) security. Own service-delivery governance, service-level agreement (SLA) performance, operational metrics, reporting, escalations, and coordination with functional, technical, business, information security, risk, client, and Deloitte stakeholders. Requirements

  • ● -15 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) security in an operate or production-support model.
  • ● Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • ● Oracle Cloud implementation experience supporting transitions into managed operate services.
  • ● One or more Oracle security, cloud, or risk-management certifications.
