  • ● Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable, secure and reliable software solutions
  • ● Drive technical excellence through solution design, architecture decisions and engineering best practice
  • ● Mentor and coach engineers, helping to build a strong engineering culture and capability across the team
  • ● Partner with Product Owners, Crew Tech Leads and stakeholders to balance customer outcomes, technology strategy and delivery priorities
  • ● Champion DevSecOps, full-cycle ownership and automation across the software development lifecycle
  • ● Explore emerging technologies and innovative approaches that improve customer experiences and engineering efficiency
  • ● Have extensive software engineering experience building enterprise applications using .NET, .NET Core, C, REST APIs and microservices
  • ● Bring strong cloud engineering capability and experience delivering solutions on AWS
