The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, monitoring, optimizing, and securing Oracle database environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical applications. Install, configure, administer, and maintain Oracle Database environments. Manage database upgrades, migrations, patches, and refresh activities. Monitor database performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities. Perform database tuning, SQL tuning, and performance troubleshooting. Manage backup and recovery strategies using RMAN. Configure and support High Availability (HA) solutions including RAC, Data Guard, and ASM. Implement database security standards, user management, and access controls. Perform capacity planning, storage management, and database health checks.
