About the Role
Your Role Are you ready to join Kyndryl's CIO Hire to Retire organization as a Senior Lead, Software Engineering Specialist - Workday Time Tracking & Absence We are seeking an experienced, independently driven Workday practitioner to design, configure, and support Time Tracking and Absence solutions with Workday as the system of record. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Time Tracking and Absence, owning solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment across global business requirements. You will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and downstream teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and scalable solutions that support both day to day operations and evolving business needs. What You Will Do
Responsibilities

Requirements

- ● Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- ● + years of hands on Workday configuration experience, with deep expertise in
- ● Time Tracking and Absence
- ● Proven ability to independently design and deliver Workday configuration
- ● solutions, from requirements through deployment
- ● Strong understanding of time, absence, and payroll related business
- ● processes, including downstream impacts
- ● troubleshooting and configuration changes in live systems
- ● Familiarity with Workday business process frameworks, security
- ● considerations, and reporting impacts related to Time and Absence
- ● Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable Workday
- ● solutions using best practice configuration approaches
- ● Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills in an
- ● enterprise, cross functional environment
- ● Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
