• ● Own end to end SLA management, including monitoring, reporting, reviews, and
• ● corrective actions.
• ● Lead demand management for SAP Retail, covering demand planning, forecasting,
• ● and prioritization.
• ● Manage and mentor cross functional delivery teams, ensuring performance and
• ● operational stability.
• ● Act as the primary client interface for service delivery, governance, and
• ● escalations.
• ● Drive operational excellence through KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and

• ● Strong experience in Service Delivery Management within AMS / SAP
• ● environments.
