Your Role Lead SAP FICO configuration, implementation, testing, and production support activities in SAP S/4HANA environments Drive core Finance & Controlling processes including G/L, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Projects, EBS, and Bank Reconciliation Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support Collaborate with global stakeholders on system enhancements, country rollouts, validations, substitutions, Fiori applications, and user authorization requirements Troubleshoot complex business and system issues while ensuring high-quality solution delivery in a fast-paced environment Your Profile 6+ years of total experience with 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP FICO S/4HANA implementations with expertise in configuration, testing, and support Strong knowledge of Validations, Substitutions, User Authorizations, Fiori Apps, FI Master
