Requirements

  • ● The candidate must have 10-15 years of Supply Chain Planning experience, including 5-8 years in Oracle Planning Cloud.
  • ● The candidate must have led multiple assessments, planning maturity evaluations, and full-scale Planning transformation programs.
  • ● The candidate must have a strong understanding of planning processes, including statistical forecasting, MPS/MRP, constrained planning, S&OP cycles, demand shaping, and supply-demand balancing.
  • ● The candidate must have experience leading global planning transformations across multi country or multi BU organizations.
  • ● The candidate must have strong functional configuration and troubleshooting skills.
  • ● The candidate must have an analytical mindset with a strong command over Planning KPIs and statistical forecasting concepts.
  • ● The candidate must have strong storytelling and executive level presentation skills.
  • ● The candidate must have the ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • ● The candidate must be familiar with OIC, APIs, and integration frameworks, with a functional understanding.
  • ● The candidate must be able to operate in complex, fast-paced environments with high ownership.
