  • ● We are hiring motivated and result-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering successful SAP SuccessFactors projects, from planning through to go-live. Ready to make an impact Join us and help shape the future of HR.
  • ● Your Mission
  • ● In this role, you will support clients across key HR functions, including Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Learning and Performance Management.
  • ● Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into smart SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
  • ● Support the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including business process analysis, system setup, testing, deployment, and ensuring a successful Go-Live.
  • ● Provide post-go-live support, user training, and documentation
  • ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor in HR transformation
  • ● Participate in quality assurance activities related to HR IT systems and advise clients on best practices, HR IT strategy improvements and implementation of it.
