Responsibilities
- ● Additional Responsibilities Include:
- ● Lead and manage full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations (minimum 5 completed projects).
- ● Drive HCM transformation initiatives, including business process optimization, testing, data migration, and integration methodologies.
- ● Apply Workday implementation methodologies to ensure successful rollouts and AMS support.
- ● Provide delivery assurance by overseeing project governance, risk management, and quality standards.
- ● Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design scalable Workday HCM solutions.
- ● Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices.
- ● Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success of Workday solutions.
- ● Our Ideal Candidate
- ● + years of IT experience in the HCM domain.
- ● + years of Workday expertise in implementation, rollouts, and AMS projects.
- ● Proven track record of 5+ full lifecycle Workday implementations.
- ● Deep understanding of HCM business processes and transformation strategies.
- ● Strong experience in testing, data migration, and integration methodologies.
- ● Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively.
- ● Delivery assurance experience in complex Workday programs.
- ● Advanced certification in 2 Workday HCM submodules.
- ● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
