Responsibilities

• ● Customer Information & Account Management:
• ● Design and implement customer, account, premise, and service agreement processes
• ● Configure move-in / move-out workflows
• ● Gather and document business requirements
• ● Billing & Rate Management:
• ● Configure billing, rate structures, and bill determinants
• ● Handle complex billing scenarios including proration and adjustments
• ● Support SIT and UAT testing
• ● Metering & Usage Integration:
• ● Integrate CC&B with Meter Data Management systems
• ● Configure usage transactions and service points
• ● Ensure accurate consumption processing
• ● Payments, Collections & Financials:
• ● Configure payment processing and accounting rules
• ● Implement collections strategies and dunning processes
• ● Support integrations with ERP and payment systems
• ● Implementation Experience
• ● Minimum 1-2 end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementations
• ● Exposure to OUAF components and integration with MDM/ERP systems
• ● Basic Qualifications

Requirements

• ● Utilities domain experience (Electricity, Water, Gas)
• ● Exposure to C2M or migration programs
• ● Strong stakeholder management skills
• ● Professional Skills
• ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ● Effective communication and client engagement
• ● Ability to work in global teams
• ● Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• ● MBA preferred
