Responsibilities

  • ● Configure and implement Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent & Performance Management, Security, Recruiting, Learning, Absence and Advanced Compensation.
  • ● Develop and deliver system training and documentation for end-users.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and system optimization.
  • ● Stay updated on Workday system updates, releases, and new features, providing guidance on their impact to existing processes.
  • ● Assist in integrations between Workday and other third-party systems.
  • ● Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday HCM.

Requirements

  • ● Certification: Workday HCM Core Certification
  • ● Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Absence, Talent & Performance Management, Security and Recruiting.
  • ● Solid understanding of HR processes and workflows, as well as system best practices.
  • ● Knowledge of Workday integrations, EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), and calculated fields is a plus.
